Kids Muay Thai
Kids Muay Thai is a great activity for all those in Encinito looking for a child’s activity. It’s an enjoyable activity that allows students to build life skills, learn self-defense, and make new friends. Check out the program page to learn more!
Teen & Adult Muay Thai
It is never too late to get into martial arts – especially Muay Thai. Students of all ages, teenagers and above can sign up for Teen & Adult Muay Thai to improve their physical and mental health, as well as their self-defense skills. Kids Karate
Karate is a great introduction to martial arts for kids. The basic skills we teach them will encourage them to believe in themselves. The Leadership Team at Seven Spears is a program for students who have shown strong leadership potential. Through this program you will learn new skills and further develop your character while serving as an ambassador for 7 Spears at local volunteering and demo events.
