Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills on and off the mat. As a student, you will receive training on being a leader in class as an instructor as well as developing other leadership skills. This is a detailed program that will take you step-by-step through your journey as an invested martial artist. You must be approved by the instructor and attend the weekly training class.
Confidence Building Exercises
It is important to have confidence on the mat. This is not just for yourself but also for those following you. We will help you build on the confidence you’ve already gained training in martial arts. This experience will show you that you are someone worthy of being a leader.
Class Planning and Time Management
It is important to know how to manage your time as a leader of a martial arts school or class. We teach you how to plan for a class and to manage your time. These are key parts of leading a class.
Volunteer Duties On and Off the Mat
In this class, you will be required to volunteer. And this isn’t just in the studio – which is a requirement. We also have volunteer work in the community, showing everyone how special martial arts can be.
