Traditional Martial Arts
Our teen and adult Karate classes focus more on the traditional aspects of Karate. Instructors implement cultural practices (bows, forms, etc.) as well as teaching the fundamentals.

We make sure our students understand the art of Karate. It is not just about using different kicks and techniques. Each move has its own purpose to help refine your skills. You will learn not just how to perform certain movements, but the why in each of the moves.
