Teen & Adult Muay Thai
It is never too late to get into martial arts – especially Muay Thai. Students of all ages, teenagers and above can sign up for Teen & Adult Muay Thai to improve their physical and mental health, as well as their self-defense skills. Kids Karate
Karate is a great introduction to martial arts for kids. The basic skills we teach them will encourage them to believe in themselves. They’ll learn how to control themselves physically and mentally to act and be their best. The Leadership Team at Seven Spears is a program for students who have shown strong leadership potential. Through this program you will learn new skills and further develop your character while serving as an ambassador for 7 Spears at local volunteering and demo events.
