I started Jiu-Jitsu in early 2024, and it has truly changed my life. What began as an attempt to learn a martial art became so much more. Jiu-Jitsu has taught me confidence, self-defense, discipline, resilience, and mental strength. It has positively impacted not only my physical health but also the way I approach challenges in everyday life. When I first started, I honestly thought training at 6:00 AM would be impossible. However, the incredible coaches, welcoming atmosphere, and supportive teammates made it an easy and enjoyable part of my routine. Now, it’s one of the best parts of my day. The instruction is outstanding, the environment is positive and encouraging, and everyone is treated with respect regardless of experience level. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, compete, or simply challenge yourself, this is the place to be. I am extremely grateful to be part of this academy and highly recommend it to anyone considering starting their Jiu-Jitsu journey. Joining this team has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I've been taking the 6 a.m. BJJ class with Coach Dori for a couple of months now. At first, I was hesitant to start because of a condition that limits my abilities, but Coach Dori took the time to talk with me and emphasized the importance of longevity in learning BJJ. His approach made all the difference. Coach Dori is not only highly skilled but also an excellent teacher. He meets each student where they are, treats everyone with respect, and creates a welcoming environment. Once you're in his class, you feel like part of his team. If you're on the fence about starting, or think you don't have the time, I highly recommend trying just one 6 a.m. class. Come say Hi.

Awesome family vibe! Our whole family trains here. Coach Rod and the instructors are passionate about Jiu Jitsu- you can tell they love what they do teaching solid fundamentals to advance techniques. The coach watches you closely and make sure you're doing the techniques correctly. This gym is beginner friendly, very welcoming, clean mat space and lots of parking.

My kiddo started at 4 years doing Muy Thai initially with this company and absolutely loved it! He learned his basic kicks, punches, and stances. Very interactive, amazing instructors and they made the kids feel comfortable. We eventually had to transition to a different program due to our work schedule and now still with this company but under their Ju jitsu program. My son’s been doing this new program for about 4-5 months at this point and of course loves it too! The kids learn discipline, the basics of ju jitsu and get to battle each other. The class size is small enough where the instructors know each child’s name, and able to make sure that when they do battle each other it’s in a safe way. Both studios have places for parents to sit and both very clean. They get cute uniforms to wear and belts where they get stripes indicating their advancement. Overall, great experience here. Price is reasonable, and the owner Ms. Stephanie is very understanding about scheduling, etc.

My children have been coming here for a few months now. No joke, this place has changed our lives. Its taught them confidence and discipline. It has not been easy but nothing worth it ever has. This is like our second family. We will be here for years to come.

Both of my kids attend 7spears. We previously belonged to another jujitsu studio and it wasn’t a good fit. One sensei gave my son his white belt, only after a week or two of attending another rescinded the belt which was hard to explain to a kid. Here at 7spears the teachers are SO ATTENTIVE. I love their lesson planning and real life experience and how they always focus a monthly lesson for the kids to apply. They focus on an individual basis and really want the kids to learn and implement their skills. They practice their skills together and individually and it is a very nurturing and caring environment. The class sizes are good. We love the 7spears family!

Best BJJ place, great atmosphere and amazing coaches!!!!!

We absolutely love 7 Spears Jiu Jitsu. Both of my boys have been training there for more than a year now and they have gained so many skills and have learned to be disciplined and respectful while having fun. Professor Rodrigo and his team are very knowledgeable and are very good with the children. The gym is clean and the staff is responsive. I highly recommend 7 Spears Jiu Jitsu!!!
